Guide
Perf: Any round or square pizza tray or pan less
than 24" in diameter can be perforated. To order use the regular
item number and add the suffix or prefix "P." Also note in the body
of the order that the pans should be perforated. These pans can be
made with Feet but cannot be made with NIBS. Perf pans allow the
bottom of the pizza to cook faster and can provide a crispier crust.
Perf pans can also be used to keep cooked pizzas fresher by allowing
moisture to escape. Refer to the tray or pan style for more
information and for pricing information. All holes 3/8" (9mm)
diameter. For Perf pans above 24" please call.
SuperPerf: Any round pan less than 24" in
diameter can be SuperPerf. To order use the regular item number and
add the suffix SP. Also note in the body of the order that the trays
or pans should be SuperPerf. These pans can be made with Feet but
cannot be made with NIBS. For the same diameter, SuperPerf pans have
twice as many holes as Perf. SuperPerf allows the bottom of the
pizza to cook faster and can provide a crispier crust. SuperPerf can
be used to keep cooked pizzas fresher by allowing moisture to
escape. All holes 3/8" (9mm) diameter. Refer to the tray or pan
style for more information and for pricing information.
NIBS: Any 2" deep or less round or square pizza
tray or pan we manufacture can be furnished with NIBS. To order, use
the regular item number and add the prefix "N." Also note in the
body of the order that the pans should be made with NIBS. The NIBS
are approximately 5/8" diameter and raise the pizza about 1/8" above
the surface of the pan. Raising the pizza off the surface allows
moisture to escape and a fresher, crispier pizza may result. Pans
with NIBS cannot be made with Feet and cannot be Perf or SuperPerf.

Feet: Any round or square pizza tray or pan we
manufacture can be furnished with Feet. Use the regular item number
and add the suffix F. Also note in the body of the order that the
pans should be made with Feet. Each round pan will have 3 feet,
square and rectangular pans will have more. The Feet are
approximately 1-1/16" in diameter and 1/8" deep. Perf and SuperPerf
pans can be made with Feet but the number of holes may decrease.
Pans with Feet cannot be made with NIBS. Refer to the pizza tray or
pan style for more information and for pricing information
